All our recipes have been acquired, created and developed over many years. Our unique blends of herbs and spices are all mixed by Angus butchers. We very carefully keep them a secret.
All of our sausages are mixed and filled on the premises before being linked by hand.

Pork and Tomato
Originally created for our daughter Sarah when she was a small child going through a phase of only eating things red in colour and tomato flavour. Since that time the recipe has remained a popular choice for our customers. We use the best quality minced pork with the minimum amount of fat necessary to achieve the best consistency as always, plus tomato to give a slightly sweeter tomato flavour. We link these sausages into thin links.
Cumberland
Best quality minced pork with the minimum amount of fat necessary to achieve the best consistency and flavour mixed with our own blend of herbs and spices. Cumberland sausages traditionally have a stronger nutmeg, mace and spice flavour than a plain pork sausage.
Traditional Lincolnshire

Chipolata Sausages
These are a mini version of our yorkshire plain pork sausage, perfect eaten in one or two bites and a traditional addition to christmas dinner. You will find these in our window running up to the festive period however can be made to order throughout the year.
